The Table, June 4th 2023

This message introduces a series called The Table, focusing on the importance of belonging and deep community as a remedy for the modern epidemic of loneliness. While the church gathers in rows on Sundays for worship and teaching, the speaker emphasizes that meaningful relationships, trust, and vulnerability are best built through smaller circles or tables. By creating space for connection, sharing life, and extending intentional invitations to others, the church can reflect God’s design for family and foster a genuine sense of belonging. The congregation is challenged to host tables throughout the month of June as an act of hospitality and mission, moving beyond surface-level interactions to truly know and be known by others
